TheWA 24 table lamp WA 24 was designed by Wilhelm Wagenfeld and manufactured in 1924 by the product designer of the same name in the metal workshop of the Bauhaus in Weimar. Today the timeless lamp, became famous as Bauhaus lamp or Wagenfeld lamp.
The table lamp was developed by the pioneer of industrial design Wilhelm Wagenfeld (1900 - 1990) under the direction of the Bauhaus teacher László Moholy-Nagy. In fact, it was initially handmade, although it was intended to look like an industrial product. The shape of the table lamp can be described as graceful. The stable round base is made of clear glass. On a vertical rod there is a lampshade consisting of a hemispherical glass bell. The 36 cm high table lamp, which has a pull switch, is relatively small so that it can also be placed on side tables or windowsills.
