Chair 4 with arms

This chair is made of beech wood laths steamed and bent into curved jigs then dried, sanded, and finally stained and varnished before being assembled with screws and bolts.
The procedure was invented in 1841 by Michael Thonet, who designed the final prototype for the Daum cafe in Vienna in 1849, featuring a back rest and back legs made from a single piece, a rounded cane or laminated seat, and added front legs.
Thonet organised the mass production of the separate pieces which were combined to make a large number of models.
The frame is available 4 coffee, B 7 brandy, B 39 natural, B 60 whitewash, B 105 dark wenge, B 111 cappuccino, B 112 dark chocolate, B 113 brown sugar, B 114 nougat, B 115 granite, B 116 honey, B 123 black grain) red, B 81 turquoise, B 84 yellow, B 85 magenta, B 92 cool grey, B 93 green, B 94 dark blue, B 58 gold). PANTONE and RAL colours are subject
to a surcharge.
The seat can be made from veneer plain or patterned,solid wood ,fabric or leather.
Manufactured by TON with a 5 year warranty.
Ton is manufacturing the classic Wiener chairs, designed by Michael Thonet. From the factory Inbystrice pod Hostynemfor more than 150 years and the production was made for the original manufacturer's behalf.
